I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from the University of South Florida, and a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing Science from Florida International University, the only one in the United States specialized in 3 areas: analytics, branding and digital.
I have more than 10 years working in marketing and communications. My passion for the online world began at 16 years old when I worked in my brother’s business as a Community Manager at SeguroParaViaje.com.
I obtained Marketing Coordination positions in a national movie theater company in Ecuador, Multicines, and in Traveler Assistance managing its marketing team for Latam.
I am currently the founder and CEO of Factor Engagement, an agency whose purpose is to transform companies by providing digital marketing services, to attract and retain their customers.
